The company was established in 1994 to provide call centre and messaging services to businesses and organisations of all sizes. We have evolved to become an innovative contact centre service provider with a network of 7 UK centres, utilising our intelligent Platform for Response™ in a geographically distributed VSoIP™ environment.

Our centres are located in Edinburgh, Sutton Coldfield, Winchester, Nottingham, Portsmouth, Belfast and Ilford.
