Handling your calls:  Using the network diversion options available to you from your existing telecommunications supplier or switchboard, your calls can very simply be forwarded to Message Pad; either to provide cover when you’re temporarily unavailable or your lines busy; or diverted completely so that all your calls are handled by Message Pad at a dedicated outsourced call handling facility, with operators trained in your specific business requirements.

Reception support:  This type of service is now used widely in professional service practices, where calls may be received out of hours due to time differences and where the reception staff often have dual roles of meeting and greeting as well as handling calls.

Appointments and bookings:  Message Pad can develop applications that use contention free scheduling to arrange interviews, appointments and bookings, for example.  This service can include the automated dispatch of reminders the day before the booking -  via text message or email - with a brief message and/or a number to call to reschedule or cancel.
