intelligent Results is the storage area where all data collected in iDesktop during a call, text chat or e-mail  session is saved.

To ensure availability and an immediate 'backing up' of this new and important customer data, it is transmitted as an XML document and stored simultaneously at both Message Pad Datacentres, built around a number of robust Microsoft SQL servers hosted in Warwick and Ilford.

From iResults, the application can then access and re-use this collected data in future contacts or other workflow processes - via integration with iDesktop - whilst the iDelivery module is used to transmit this information to the client, their systems or their callers in the manner, media and formats that they require.
