intelligent Delivery is the module that takes the information collected in iDesktop, then stored in iResults, and sends it to the client in the time, format and media that they require.

This module ensures that the application sends emails, faxes, SMS text messages, pagers, Cognito messages, electronic data-files and Web Services transmissions containing all appropriate and required information, to all the recipients who need it, in the format that each recipient requires, either immediately after the call is taken, when individual recipients require, batched at specific times or intervals or in relation to future events – e.g. 3 days prior to each iCalendar booking.

Automated confirmation can be made to any party, be that the client, their agent, their distributed workforce, their referenced branch or directly to their callers.

iDelivery also tracks time critical messages, such as communications by pager or SMS text message right through to the delivery on the remote device, as well as Web Services updates into our client’s own systems – enabling automatic failover to alternate communications and business processes when the integration layer between our clients and Message Pad is unavailable.
