iAnalyse is the Business Intelligence module within iContact, providing timely management information on all aspects of the contact centre operation. 

At the frequency you require, iAnalyse then automatically emails as many reports, variations and graphical representation subsets of that data as required.  An easy to use iAnalyse wizard (shown below) allows easy customization.
