Customer Services

Message Pad provides customer service, information and helplines to corporate companies, local authorities, societies, institutions and charities. We are able to manage a variety of customer issues through to resolution and our services can cater for all or just specific parts of the customer service process.

The types of service currently provided by Message Pad include new customer registrations, current subscriber/customer queries, recruitment campaign and HR support (entailing both application filtering and interview scheduling), customer helplines incorporating tele-fixing options and FAQ filtering, product recall and product/service information lines. Some clients opt to have a combination of these services provided within one solution, which not only creates a cohesive experience for the caller but also makes valuable customer feedback available; what are the most common questions asked by customers, do they indicate a need for change in product design, service offering, or a revision of marketing information?

Message Pad has developed an integral Knowledge Management system that enables key information to be updated globally and rapidly. It also ensures that hyperlinks are always up to date and automatically logs the information accessed during the call. This enables us to provide a high level of customer service, to both our clients and their customers, and unprecedented levels of management information.
